stoneart swiss products are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted pieces. Most items are available for immediate dispatch. Should a piece require production, processing time may extend up to 10 business days. You will be notified promptly in the event of any delay.

Shipping Zones and Rates

  • Switzerland: Free standard shipping on orders over CHF 100; CHF 9 below that threshold.
  • Western EU (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain): Standard EUR 15 / Express EUR 25 - minimum order EUR 200.
  • Northern EU (Denmark, Finland, Sweden): Standard EUR 20 / Express EUR 35 - minimum order EUR 200.
  • Eastern EU (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): Standard EUR 25 - minimum order EUR 200.
  • United Kingdom: Standard GBP 16 / Express GBP 28 - minimum order GBP 200.
  • United States: Standard USD 35 - minimum order USD 220.

Estimated Delivery Times

Switzerland: 3-5 business days from dispatch.

Western and Northern EU:

  • Standard: 5-8 business days
  • Express: 3-5 business days

Eastern EU:

  • Standard: 5-8 business days

United Kingdom:
