Stone Art. A Family Tradition That Continues to Evolve
For more than 40 years, our passion for stone art has shaped who we are, rooted in respect for our heritage, a commitment to excellence, and a spirit of creative innovation. Our story is built on passion and tradition, values passed down from generation to generation.
Our Roots
Legacy & Memory
As early as 1903, our great grandfather Giacomo Crameri was working as a stonemason in Valposchiavo, crafting traditional roof tiles known locally as "plati da paes". His son Egidio, known as "Felpa", carried on this family tradition until 1981.
Founding & Evolution - The Stone Art Atelier
Ceia & Michelangelo
In 1986, Ceia and her husband Michelangelo founded Atelier Stone Art. Michelangelo began shaping the first pieces from local stone in a small workshop on Via da Mezz, in the heart of Poschiavo, while Ceia focused on design and sales.
Step by step, their dream took shape - and continues to thrive today, driven by passion and dedication.
